In this 2-hour workshop you will learn about the methods, mindsets and benefits of Restorative Yoga and how to integrate a restorative practice that supports your lifestyle. Melissa will share her own experiences with recovering from surgery, coping with stress and finding strength in slowing down. There will be an opportunity for group discussion, guided meditation and a nourishing 90 minute Restorative Yoga sequence.
