Sunday February 4th 1:30-3:30pm

Are you looking for a space to revisit and recommit to your health affirmations of the new year? In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), winter is associated with the kidneys, which represent our most basic and fundamental energy. The winter is a time to slow down and connect to our inner selves and our yin energy. We can then better support our body’s natural ability to detoxify and get rid of inflammation. In our world, the culprits of inflammation are everywhere - stress, environmental threats, harmful relationships, poor food habits - and wreak havoc in our bodies by disturbing mood, sleep, hormones, and digestion!

During this workshop, we will rediscover the fundamentals of health through nourishing foods, movement, and self-care as we support our yin energy and kidneys and offer our bodies a natural path to health and freedom. We will start with a slow yoga flow with Leah Zaccaria. After yoga, Dr. Jenna will discuss various foods and anti-inflammatory health. We will enjoy delicious bone broth (one of the most beneficial foods for our body), hot tea, and other anti-inflammatory foods provided by Dr. Jenna as we recommit to our health.
