KEY

HOT HATHA

Sixty to 75 minutes of postures and breathing exercises designed to work every muscle, organ, and joint in the body. The practice builds strength, flexibility and balance and increases productivity in the cardiovascular and circulatory systems. In addition to building strength through elongation and extension of muscles, it detoxifies and tones the internal organs through compressions focused on the body’s key organs for elimination of waste and toxins. The temperature of our Hot Hatha class is set at approximatel 100 degrees. Available to all levels of students * Live kirtan music Sunday at noon.

POWER VINYASA

Sixty to 75 minutes of flowing yoga sequences combining strength, flexibility, stamina, cardio, and concentration. The practice heals and detoxifies the body — soothing and invigorating the nervous system, balancing hormones, building cardiovascular strength and stamina, and improving the digestive and elimination systems. The temperature of our Heated Vinyasa class is set at approximatel 90 degrees. Available to all levels of students.

RESTORATIVE

Sixty minutes of restorative yoga includes some slow flow, holding poses and meditation. The meditation is broken down into two parts; guided imagery and stillness in savasana. The practice will relax and restore the body and calm and quiet the mind. This is the perfect balance class to either a Power Vinyasa or Hot Hatha. Round out your yogic experience and feel a sense of balance. The temperature is set at approximately 90 degrees. Suitable for all levels - beginners to advanced.

YIN

Sixty minutes of yin yoga Yin yoga provides a balance to the pace of modern living, restoring your natural energy. In this beautiful, meditative and mind-clearing practice poses are held for several minutes, which stimulates the deeper tissues: the fascia, ligaments, tendons and bones. The yin practice promotes strength and the mobility of Qi(vital energy) flow. It is Qi that brings healing, physical nourishment and emotional balance. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi flow supports whole-body health, immunity and vitality - just what you need to balance the ebbs and flows of life
